To The International French Creole Cultural Society Political Web Page..

The French Creole Community, has for centuries, been shut out and shunned by the American Political process, whether it be national or state as well as local government.  We intend to establish a political forum and political voice in hopes that the American public will become aware of the Creole American struggle to attain equal consideration and respect for it's contribution, to the American way of life.

Some articles will focus on the Creole political process and others will be directed towards the government recognition, of Creoles, as an American nationality, with rights and privileges guaranteed to all American citizens.  Some articles will focus on our political history and our future political and government rights.  So enjoy the articles and you decide!

Creoles, and other inhabitants of the Louisiana territory, as you may be aware, were Citizens of France who were ceded to America (Louisiana Purhchase 1803) along with their territory.  The treaty signed & sealed by both the U.S. & France guaranteed these inherited citizens the same rights as those enjoyed by all American Citizens.
