We are not sure exactly how many people world wide speak Creole but it is estimated to be well over 32 million… Even though there are many dialects it is commonly understood by most Creole speaking inhabitants. It is widely spoken in Haiti, the Caribbean, the African Continent, Louisiana, Australia and many more islands through the eastern and pacific rim.

Here in America traditionally it was widely spoken throughout French speaking Louisiana. Unfortunately it has been dying out but lately there is a new sense of cultural awareness throughout Creoles and it is beginning to come back. See for yourselves how this language evolved, how it is spoken & where!

The Creole community here in America would like all Creoles to know that it is for the survival of our Creole culture that we bring it back by learning to speak it. In time future generations of Creoles will be able to speak it & preserve our precious culture.
